While our schedule may look sparse, we are nothing if not a reflection of our community, and so we are looking to offer a variety of classes from donation based Family Community classes, to open level vinyasa. We offer a variety of classes and are always listening to our community's needs.
Open Level YogaThese 75 minute classes combine aspects of all of our classes and turn them into a flow based practice. Props and a basic knowledge of vinyasa flow are suggested.

rise & flowFor the early risers, these 1 hour classes feature a warm up to ease into a practice filled with sun salutations and energizing flows.

Donation based YogaWe understand times are hard, but we believe so much in the power of this practice and in building our community, we offer donation based classes once a week. Pay what you can or bring a friend and help grow our community. A portion of donations go to the Wharton Community Church Food Bank and the Vision Loss Alliance of NJ.

Foundational YogaThese classes are open to any level of practitioner and designed to build foundations and grow your practice, whether you're brand new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner.
